Description
With this IPA from Nicolas Vahé, you get the citrusy flavour that the Indian Pale Ale is known and loved for. It comes from the kind of hops called Citra which is popular among craft brewers for its grapefruit and lime flavours. Hops are also what give the IPA its bitter notes that linger in your mouth. Pair the brew with spicy dishes, as the bitterness softens the heat from the spices. It is an equally fine counterbalance to salty foods and a wonderful palate cleanser in between dishes or before the main dish. Best served at 11°C.
