Nicolas Vahé is all about the love of great food and this salt blend elevates your everyday cooking. The salt is mixed with shallots and beetroot for your daily meals, especially with meat, fish and potatoes. It is specifically good with roast beef. The mill comes with a ceramic grinder which gives you finely ground spices. This releases the oils for more aroma and flavour in your dishes. Please note that the ceramic grinder is not available on the US market.
