2 russet potatoes
Fresh thyme for garnish
HOW TO
1. Poke the potatoes with a trussing needle and bake at 180°C for 60-90 min. depending on the size of the potatoes.
2. Mix sour cream with 2 tbsp Spices / Vegetables.
3. Serve the potatoes with dressing and garnish with fresh thyme.

50 g asparagus
50 g Chioggia beets
HOW TO
1. Cut the vegetables into sticks and slices.
2. In a bowl, mix sour cream with 2 tbsp Spices / Chicken.
3. Serve as snack or side dish.

HOW TO
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges, and mix them with oil and 2 tbsp Spices / Barbeque.
2. Bake them at 180°C for 25 min. until golden.
3. In a bowl, mix sour cream with 2 tbsp Spices / Barbecue.
4. Serve as snack or side dish.
