Nicolas Vahé Pepper / The Mixed Blend
250 ml heavy cream
4-8 pea shoots
1. In a pot, slowly warm 1 bottle of Soup / Lobster flavoured on medium low heat.
2. Add 250 ml heavy cream and give it a boil while stirring.
3. Boil 150 g Pearled Emmer / Organic following the instructions on the package and divide evenly into four deep plates.
4. Pour the soup over and season with Pepper / The Mixed Blend.
5. Garnish with pea shoots and serve.
