Napkins / wooden bowls / bamboo skewers
SHOPPING LIST
650 g baby potatoes + 100 g haricots verts
5 strawberries + 1 romaine heart
Chives for garnish
HOW TO
1. Boil potatoes in slightly salted water, and blanch beans in salted water.
2. Mix 125 g Mayonnaise / Garlic, 4 tbsp Dressing / Honey & Mustard and 1.5 dl Salad Topping / Mixed Seeds.
3. Cut the potatoes in half, and put them on bamboo skewers withharicots verts, sliced strawberries and romaine lettuce.
4. Arrange the skewers in the wooden bowls, pour over the dressing mix and garnish with chives.
