800 ml coconut milk
1/2 mango
Pea shoots for garnish
HOW TO
1. Mix 150 g Marinade / Coconut & Mango and coconut milk in a saucepan.
2.Bring the mix to a boil while stirring occasionally,and add 1 tsp Salt / Lemon & Thyme.
3. Crush 2 Brushetta / Garlic, spread over the soup and garnish with sliced mango and pea shoots.
4. Use the remaining marinade as dip for the bruschetta.
Tip: Add fish or seafood.
