250 g crème fraiche 38%
1 tbsp Nicolas Vahé Mayo / Garlic
1 glass of Nicolas Vahé Capers / Sea Salt, coarsely chopped
1 handful of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Juice from 1/4 organic lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix crème fraiche, mayo, capers and parsley.
Add lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
