Serves 2-4 people
4-8 vannamei prawns without shell
1 bottle of Nicolas Vahé Langoustine Soup
250 ml cream
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil, Garlic
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
Salt and pepper
Marinade the prawns in lemon juice and oil for 5 minutes. Fry on the frying pan and mix with coriander.
Mix the soup with cream and bring it to boiling temperature.
Pour into bowls and garnish with the prawns.
Lobster flavored soup, 500 ml.
Olive oil, Garlic, 25 cl.
